先日 、　和歌山県 の高野山こうやさんに行いきました。

高野山は　大阪おおさかの 南 にあります。

高野山には　たくさん　お 寺 があります。

The other day, I visited Koyasan in Wakayama prefecture. Koyasan is located in the south of Osaka. There are a lot of temples in Koyasan.

高野山こうやさんの 歴史

The history of Koyasan

高野山の金剛峯寺こんごうぶじは　真言宗 のお 寺 です。

真言宗は　空海くうかいという 人ひとが　広め た と言われて います。

空海は 中国 で 仏教 を 学 びました。

だから 、　歴史的な 建築物 が　高野山には　たくさんあります。

昔 の人たちは 歩いて 山やまを 上り ましたが、　今いまでは　車くるまで　*行いけます。

Kongoubuji-temple in Koyasan is the temple of Shingon sect. It is believed that the person named Kukai propagates Shingon sect. He learned Buddhism in China. That’s why there are a lot of historical buildings in Koyasan. People in ancient times went up to Koyasan on foot but nowadays we can go by car.

まず 、　私わたしは奥之院 という お寺へ行きました。

そこには　戦国時代 や 江戸時代 に 有名 だった　たくさんの人たちの 墓 がありました。

とても 神秘的な 雰囲気 で、　感動 しました。

奥之院では、　写真 を*取れません。

おかげで 、　その 場所の 雰囲気 を *楽しめました。

First, I visited the temple named Okunoin. There are a lot of graves of renowned people in Sengoku, Edo period, etc. It was a quite mysterious atmosphere and touching. At Okunoin, you can’t take pictures. Thanks to this, I could enjoy the atmosphere of that place.

昔 、　女性 は　高野山に*入れなかったと　言われて います。

明治時代 に　この 制度 は　終わりました。

とても　珍しい 制度 ですね。

A long time ago, it is believed that any women can’t go in Koyasan. This system finished in Meiji period. It is a very rare system, isn’t it?

釜めしは、　小ちいさい 鉄 の 窯 で作つくる　ご飯 です。

今回 、　高野山の 近くの お 店 で　釜めしを食べました。

釜めしは　もちろん 、　豆腐 もとてもおいしかったです。

この 豆腐 は高野豆腐こうやどうふです。　高野山のお 土産 として 有名 です。

みなさん も高野山に行いった とき、　食たべてみてください。

Kamameshi is the meal made with a small iron pot. At this time, I ate it at the nearby restaurant in Koyasan. Kamameshi was, of course, tofu was also very tasty. This tofu is Koya dofu. It is famous as a souvenir in Koyasan. When you visit there, please try to eat it.

最後に 、真言宗しんごんしゅう 総本山 の金剛峯寺こんごうぶじに　行いきました。

大人 は　1000円えんで　金剛峯寺の 中 を　見みる ことができま す。

美術 の ような 障子 や 庭園 は　すごく 美うつくしかったです。

ぜひ　また　行いき たい です。

Lastly, I visited Kongoubuji-temple that is the main temple of Shingon sect. Adults can view around the inside of Kongoubuji-temple for 1000 yen. The shojis and Great garden like art were quite beautiful. I want to go there again by all means.
