Izumo Hinomisaki Lighthouse

前回 と 同様 に　今回 も 島根県しまねけんについて　紹介 したいと思います。

松江市まつえしを 訪れ た 後、　わたしは　出雲市いずもしを 訪れ ました。

出雲市には　たくさんの 見どころ があります。

今回 はその 中 の一つである　日御碕灯台ひのみさきとうだい について　紹介 します。

As well as the last time, I will introduce Shimane prefecture this time too. After visiting Matsue, I visited Izumo city. In Izumo, there are a lot of places you should see. I will introduce Hinomisaki lighthouse that is one of those ones this time.

About Hinomisaki lighthouse

日御碕灯台ひのみさきとうだいは　島根県しまねけんの出雲市いずもしにある 灯台 で、　石 で作られている灯台の 中 では、

日本で一番高いそうです。　壁 は 真っ白 で、近くで見ると 結構 迫力 がありました。

灯台の 内部 には　階段 が163 段 あり、　のぼると　灯台の てっぺん にある 展望台 に

たどり着 きます。

展望台からの 眺め は　絶景 で、　晴れる と　隠岐諸島おきしょとうを　見ることもできる そうです 。

今回 は　少し 時間が 間に合 わず、　入ることはできませんでしたが、

ぜひ　みなさんは　上まで行って 絶景 を見てください。

Hinomisaki lighthouse is the one in Izumo city, Shimane prefecture and the highest one of all the lighthouses made of rocks in Japan. The wall is completely white and pretty dynamic when seeing closely. It has 163 stairs inside and you reach the observation deck on the top if you go up. I heard the view from there is breathtaking and you can see Oki islands if it’s sunny. At this time, I couldn’t make it and go inside. However, you go up and see the breathtaking view.

今回　わたしは　灯台 に　上ることはできませんでしたが、　

それでも　素晴らしい 景色 を　見る ことができ ました。

崖 に　大きな 波 が　激し くあたり、　風 も強かったので、　高所恐怖症 の私 にとって

少し 怖かったですが、　貴重な 経験 ができました。

海岸 には　奇妙な 形 の木が　並んで いました。　

おそらく　海 からの強い風の せいで　この 形 になったのだと思います。

この 灯台 は出雲大社いずもたいしゃ から も近い ので、

ぜひ　島根県しまねけんに 訪れ た 際 は　行ってみてくださいね。

This time, I couldn’t go up the lighthouse but could still see the beautiful view. Big waves intensely hit cliffs and it was windy so it’s scary for me who is an acrophobia but I could have a precious experience. There are some trees having odd shapes along the coast. Probably, I think these became this shape because of the strong wind from the sea. This lighthouse is close to Izumo shrine so go there when you visit in Shimane prefecture.
